About the opportunity
The Program Compliance Coodrinator plays a vital role in ensuring the Community Foster Care program operates in line with legislative, contractual, and organisational requirements, while contributing to high-quality care outcomes for children and young people.
With a strong focus on compliance, quality, and record management, this role also offers variety through involvement in key operational processes relating to carers. This includes supporting recruitment, onboarding, and working collaboratively with carers and their adult household members to maintain continuity of service delivery.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, this is an individual contributor role suited to someone who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively and is motivated by making a meaningful impact in a purpose-driven environment.
